Ladies and other species, listen up!

Okay, I've made some changes. No, nothing you will notice. The changes are that I have made a NEW journal. One I call "The Dark Corner". Why oh why would I call it that? Oh, because it is going to be my PRIVATE journal.

Do not panic. Please remain calm. This one stays too. I am simply now going to have two journals instead of one. Both are still on diaryland...

Here, I'll just write... for the public. No more trying to pretend like no one can read this so that it sounds the way it would if no one really could read it. Now I will write, fully acknowledging the fact that what I write here will be able to be read by anyone.

So, how will I filter what goes in which journal? Well, basically, most of the entries I have written in here would go in the private one, since they're all "emotion-based" or just about private issues. In here, I might put in some opinion pieces or creative pieces or "public rants" so to speak. And maybe some event-oriented entries, if they are oriented around "public" events. By public, I mean things such as parties, shows, etc. I might write about school occasionally. Not to whine about projects or exams or something, but rather to write about how school is overall. I don't know, I guess I'll just sort of go by the "feel" of the entry to decide if it's private or public. I'll take it one entry at a time.

Now, other than the change in style of writing then, how does this influence this journal? Well, (un)fortunately, this will probably mean that I will update less frequently. And until I try this out for a bit, I have no idea as to how frequently that'll be. Could be more or less the way it is now, could be a little less frequently, or we might be reduced to something like once a month. Who knows? Let's just wait and see.
