I just found out we (my CS project group) got 80% on our final project thing that we spent an ENDLESS amount of time on. Ari's expectations: 70-75% max. So, WOOHOO! I guess it did sorta pay off then... that's pretty good. It's no 90 or anything.. but I honestly did not think we'd get above 75! Sweetness.... and in that spirit, I'm also going to post a couple of pics of us hard at work 2 days before the project was due (so, Saturday..Nov. 29th)

An interesting note: 4 out of the 11 people who are online on MSN right now have nicknames starting with the word "I". 1 out of the 37 people who are offline have nicknames starting w/ "I". Does that mean that people who are more self-centred are more likely to be online than those who are less self-centred? Probably not. And I really don't even know why I noticed this... but anyway.

I really have nothing overly interesting to say... So. Yeah. Hmm... couple things I don't exactly wish to talk about here... and I suppose I *could* babble about school some more. But I won't.

Oh, just because someone reminded me of this yesterday... An *awesome* piece of writing (credit goes to Stef for introducing it to my little world): A Person Paper on Purity in Language ..tis great, just a little newsflash: it ain't really about racism! *chuckles* I'm still amused that you thought it was. No, I won't say who I'm speaking to here.

Now, as for my little to-do list... here's an update... I've seen Liz, although I'd ultimately like to see her again since yesterday wasn't exactly... *shrugs* we weren't just hanging out - we went to UW - to the library... but I doubt that'll be happening, so I guess last night will have to do...

Then, today I bought those weights - just two 10 lb. dumbbells... I also saw Steve today (went to the mall, where I bought the dumbbells, and then we hung out here at my place)... also, I won't be buying him a present before I go... instead, I'll probably get him something over there, and bring it back - he can have the gift a little late... I mean, hey, I'm coming back on january 2nd. that's close to his b-day still... only a couple weeks late.

So, now... I still have to go shopping for clothes, books... hmm... guess that's it. Then, see Meli and Edi... and if possible, see Hans. And obviously, pack and study for CS. Is that really it? I feel like I'm forgetting something... hmmm... nope. guess not.

Anyway. I'm off now. Buh-bye...

PS. It's raining and shit... looks like the weather is doing funky things to the electricity - my lights have flickered a few times... the computer kinda froze up for a while...then unfroze... and it also signed me out of msn. Stupid piece of... anyway, I'm off.
